Here is where you can find the latest versions of Note Designer.
You can choose one of two versions, described below. The first one is the best for most people:
The new, Spring/Summer 2018, 64-bit version for Mac or Windows
The older program, which will likely be the final 32-bit version we create. This is primarily for older machines with older operating systems.

The best version for most people will be the Spring/Summer 2018, 64-bit version.
This is tailored to modern Mac and Windows operating systems, and will
continue to function properly even as support for older (32-bit) programs is reduced or removed. Apple has started downgrading its support for
older 32-bit programs as of summer 2018, so all Mac users will likely need to upgrade to this 64-bit version to be able to continue using Note Designer.
This new version has some additional features compared to the version in use over the past year:
Most important, there is a new Treatment Plan module, which you can find using the Note Type menu
There is a new approach to characterizing overall level of functioning
There are more slots for customized headings
Copy & Paste functions are more clearly identified
You can export custom phrases into a file that can then be imported to another copy of Note Designer (e.g., on a second machine): See the Help menu
Printer functions are more flexible to minimize specific printer issues

IF your machine cannot install the 64-bit version above, likely because your operating system is several years old at least,
you are welcome to use the 32-bit version instead. This one here includes some of the recently upgraded features (e.g., the Treatment
Plan module) but it is using older technology.

version that will run beautifully on iPads and other systems that cannot install our standard Mac or Windows version.

May, 2018 (v 2.0) **64-bit** version. Improved graphics; a few additional preferences. Note: a minor tweak without modifying the version number was posted May 22. This tweak was to take care of some Reload and occasional installation issues.
April, 2018 (v 1.5): Treatment plan module; import/export functions for customizations and notes; fixed some minor bugs relating to incomplete clearing
May, 2016 (v 1.3.2): Minor fix: display correct date and name when viewing stored SOAP note; fix incomplete clearing of custom entries
May, 2015: Began distributing upgraded version to new customers.
April 21, 2015 (v 1.3.1): Fixed SOAP headings in blank notes from storage
March 30, 2015 (v 1.3): Bugs fixed: Preference for background color now saving; tab labels for SOAP notes now working properly
February, 2015: Initial beta version of upgrade made selectively available with many new features
October 13, 2013: Retail version 1.1 made available online: improved date selector
June 2013, 2013: Initial retail version 1.0 distributed at conferences
